  1. What is the lead time for stock product?Most stock product can be shipped from our facility within 48-72 hours of receipt of order.
  2. What is the difference between the specified imprinting methods - hotstamp/deboss/silkscreen? Hotstamping and silkscreening are both surface imprints. Hotstamping is a heat transfer process using foil, while a silkscreen imprint uses ink. Both are surface imprints and are equally durable. A debossed imprint is also done with heat, with the imprint being "depressed" into the surface. Debossing can be done with or without colour. Adding colour to a debossed imprint is referred to as a colour-fill deboss. A die is required for both a hotstamped or a debossed imprint.   3. What is regular production time for custom orders? Regular lead time is 15 working days from receipt of order, approved camera ready artwork and licensing approval where applicable. For medallion orders please allow 6 - 8 weeks from receipt of order, approved camera ready artwork and licensing approval where applicable.
  4. Are rush charges applicable for custom orders required in less than 15 working days? We will always do our best to accommodate orders required on a "rush" basis, and most can be done without incurring extra charges. Please contact your Client Services Representative for verification. Rush service is not available for new medallion orders.
  5. What artwork is required to imprint? Camera ready black and white artwork can be emailed in Vector based eps or pdf file formats with all text outlined. Artwork for silkscreened imprints with 2 or more colours must be colour separated.
  6. What are the imprinting charges for custom orders which do not meet minimum? Each will be prorated according to quantity ordered. Please contact your Client Services Representative for more information.
  7. Do we have to order carton quantities to imprint? No. All custom orders are subject to 10% over/under runs.
  8. What areas can be imprinted? Imprinting can be done on most areas of our products. The most common are optical center or bottom right corner on the front cover. Binders can also be imprinted on the spine. Please contact your Client Services Representative.
  9. Can ring sizes be mixed to imprint? No. Each ring size requires a different set-up. Product colour per ring size can be assorted to meet the minimum for imprint.
  10. What if the product I am looking for is not shown in your catalogue? Please contact Customer Service for a quotation. In most cases, we can manufacture product to your customer's specifications - ie: size, colour, individualized product features, etc.
